  • What is your return policy?

    We are proud to offer you genuine heartfelt keepsakes that continually fuel our hearts and yours. If a product is damaged, please let us know and we would be happy to correct the situation. Other than this we cannot accept returns as most of our products are personalized and are unable to be resold.

  • What shipping and processing options are available?

    We do both, tracked shipping and offer letter mail for small items. For tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number, alerting you as soon as your order leaves our front door! Flat rate shipping is available for all orders in British Columbia.
    Since we use traditional letter mail, we cannot provide tracking information but we always work to ensure that your packages arrive as quickly as possible.

  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    If you have not yet paid for your order, this means it is still pending and has not been processed yet. Once you have paid, you will recieve an email with your order number. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.

  • When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

    Yes, we use a secure payment system to process credit card transactions. All orders are immediately charged to your credit card. We do not store any credit card numbers on our website.

  • What forms of payments are accepted for online purchases?

    We accept all forms of credit cards and Interac e-transfer (Canada only).

  • Can I order custom designs?

    Yes, we would love to do your design, please contact us with as much information as possible.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

  • How do I qualify for free shipping?

    All orders above $120 (before tax) receive free tracked shipping.

  • Are your ceramic mugs microwave safe?

    Yes! Our ceramic mugs are microwave AND dishwasher safe for the convinience of clean-up and heating.

  • Is all drinkware dishwasher/microwave safe?

    All of our wine tumblers, coffee tumblers, skinny tumblers and insulated water bottles are stainless, insulated, and maintain drink temperature for hours. They will remain hot for 12 hours and cold for as long as 24 hours! While the printing is dishwasher/microwave safe, Please hand wash all metal drinkware as per manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Where are your gifts designed?

    All of our gifts are designed and made in Canada.

  • How should I take care of my personalized t-shirts?

    We carefully print everything in-house. The love we put into the shirt is the same love that will make it last longer! We suggest not to use bleach or iron directly on your image. It does best with a little cold-water rinse and avoid the dryer. Hang naturally to air dry.

  • Can I provide my own mugs/t-shirts?

    Although we are a personalized mug store, we do not provide printing service onto items purchased by our customers. This is to ensure that your print holds in the wash.

  • Can I order just one embroidered t-shirt?

    Due to the intricate nature and time each piece takes, our screen printing and embroidery services are open for bulk orders only.

  • Can I order in bulk?

    Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for local businesses and promotional items. If you are interested in purchasing in bulk, please contact us here first.
